Please read this document carefully before accessing or using the site. By accessing or using the site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not access or use the site. Psychquility.com may modify this agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting the modified agreement on the site. You agree to review the agreement periodically to be aware of such modifications and your continued access or use of the site shall be deemed your conclusive acceptance of the modified agreement.

Each patient/user will get his/her own separate user id and password and he can view and reply to his/her discussion through his/her account.
It is the patient/user’s own responsibility to keep the user id and password safe to keep the privacy of his/her case discussion.
The website’s Administrator can ban any user at any point in time if we think he/she is creating problems on our site or doing things those against our policies.
The website/particular section’s administrator also reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed accounts or accounts that have been inactive for a long time.
All the feedback in the testimonial section has been submitted by the visitors/users/patients.
All articles provide general information/tips about the particular subject these information/tips may not be applicable to each individual.
All the users can invite any number of friends to join/visit the site.
Terms and conditions for Payments, Cancellations and Refunds:
We are providing online payment modes.
It is the patient/user’s own responsibility to provide the right information consciously for online payment.
Once you make the payment for the Consultation, Treatment or Counseling it can't be Cancelled due to any Reason and all the payments are non-refundable.
Policy for Online Consultation (Terms and conditions for online consultation):
All the online consultation accounts will be valid for 6 months from the date of making the online consultation payment.
This is the patient/user’s own responsibility to provide accurate information related to him/her, asked by the website/particular section’s Administrator who will give the suggestions; accordingly.
A separate reply will be there for each individual’s query, which will not be applicable to everyone.
Whether to continue the consultation with the patient or not continue further will be at the sole discretion of the website/particular section’s Administrator.
The fee once paid will not be refunded in any case.
If the patient/user requires any type of treatment then, in that case, the website/particular section’s Administrator will not provide the medicine.
The website/particular section’s Administrator will not be responsible for any irrelevant query by any user/patient. In case of an irrelevant query, the fee paid shall not be refunded at all.
Once the discussion has been closed by the website/particular section’s Administrator then it will be solely the website/particular section’s Administrator’s final decision to resume or not to resume.
In one consultation, only one subject can be discussed which the user starts at the initial beginning. Then it’s solely the website/particular section’s Administrator’s decision whether or not to allow the user to ask another subject in the same discussion or ask for further consultation fee.
All the replies will be given within 7 working days on a first come first-serve basis. In case of any delay due to any reason, the fee will not be refunded. The website/particular section’s Administrator will try his level best to respond within the stipulated period. Any inconvenience or delay would be sincerely regretted.
The website/particular section’s Administrator can delete any case discussion at any point in time, due to any reason, without asking the user.
The website/particular section’s Administrator can close or delete any online consultation account at any point in time, due to any reason, without asking the user.
All the rights are reserved with the sole discretion of the website’s Administrator.
The discussion/opinion given by the website/particular section’s Administrator of the site would not be liable to be used for medico-legal purposes.
